I don't like how you need a special card just to access the elevator here. Feels too controlling. But, hey, too each his own.

Luxury, Good security system but if you would have to work there, there is no restarant nor coffee shop. You have to walk to Emquatier or some where else

Grade A office, near BTS Promphong station, emquartier and emporium department store. Very traffic in the evening. Rent around 1100 thb per Sq.M.

This building is quite luxury. The safety is good. So when you come to Metropolis Building, I do suggest you to bring your citizen ID card, employee ID card, driving license, or passport exchanging to building access card for going up each floor. If you didn’t have any card to exchange, you wouldn’t be allowed to access the elevator.
